If you’re having problems with a LEGO® Toy Tag, we recommend you follow these steps so you can get back to playing and having fun as soon as possible:
- Check you’ve downloaded the latest software update.
- Make sure that your Toy Pad is on a firm flat surface that’s not near any metal components or other electronics.
- Try playing with spare Toy Tag (if you have one). If the alternative Toy Tag works correctly, let us know and we’ll replace the one that isn’t working.
- If you don’t have a spare Toy Tag or you’ve tested another one and it doesn’t work either, try shutting down and restarting your console.
